Keep frozen at -18°C or cooler. Important: If food has thawed, do not refreeze.
Cooking Guidelines from Frozen: Remove all packaging. Oven Cook: Place on a baking tray, brush with oil, wrap in foil and cook in a pre-heated oven at 175°C Fan Assisted / Gas Mark 3 for 1-hour and 20-minutes. These are guidelines only. Cooking times may vary. Cook throughout to a minimum temperature of 75°C for 30 seconds or apply national standards.
