Our Eat Curious patties are tender and juicy, made from our special pea protein mix flavoured with sage and parsley. They make a great breakfast wrap or bap, a perfect way to start the day!
Water, Pea Protein Powder (14%) (Pea Proteins, Natural Flavouring (Flavouring Preparations, Natural Flavouring Substances), Stabilisers (Methyl Cellulose, Agar), Starch, Salt, Pea Fibre, Citrus Fibre, Smoke Flavouring), Sunflower Oil, Panko Breadcrumbs (6.5%) (Wheat Flour, Yeast, Salt), Soy Protein, Parsley, Sage, Black Pepper.

Keep frozen at -18°C or cooler. Important: If food has thawed, do not refreeze.
From Frozen: Remove all packaging. Shallow Fry: Place a small amount of cooking oil in a frying pan. Shallow fry for 5 minutes on both sides. Oven Cook: Brush both sides with cooking oil. Place on a baking tray and cook in a pre-heated oven at 200°C/180°C Fan Assisted/Gas Mark 4 for 12 minutes. Cooking times may vary. Cook throughout to a minimum temperature of 75°C for 30 seconds or equivalent or apply national standards.
