Keep frozen at -18°C or cooler. Important: If food has thawed, do not refreeze.
Cooking Guidelines from Frozen: Remove all packaging. Oven Cook: Brush both sides with cooking oil. Place on a baking tray and cook in a pre-heated oven at 200°C /180°C Fan Assisted/Gas Mark 4 for 18 minutes. Shallow Fry: Place a small amount of cooking oil in a frying pan. Shallow fry for 5 minutes on both sides. Griddle Plate: Place a small amount of cooking oil onto griddle plate. Once oil is hot place burger onto griddle plate. Fry for 3 ½ minutes on both sides. Press burger down with a smash burger plate and cook for a further 2 minutes on both sides. Cooking times may vary. Cook throughout to a minimum temperature of 75°C for 30 seconds or apply national standards.
