Our juicy Eat Curious jumbo bangers are made from our special pea protein mix, flavoured with sage and parsley. A must have for every fry up and they make a great jumbo hotdog and bangers & mash too!
Water, Pea Protein Powder (13%) (Pea Proteins, Natural Flavouring (Flavouring Preparations, Natural Flavouring Substances), Stabilisers (Methyl Cellulose, Agar), Starch, Salt, Pea Fibre, Citrus Fibre, Smoke Flavouring), Sunflower Oil, Panko Breadcrumbs (Wheat Flour, Yeast, Salt), Soy Protein, Algae Casing (Natural Polysaccharides, Water, Glycerin), Black Pepper, Sage, Parsley.

Keep frozen at -18°C or cooler. Important: If food has thawed, do not refreeze.
Cooking Guidelines from Frozen: Remove all packaging. Shallow Fry: Place a small amount of cooking oil in a frying pan. Shallow fry for 12 minutes, turning occasionally. Oven Cook: Brush with cooking oil. Place on a baking tray and cook in a pre-heated oven at 200°C / 180°C Fan Assisted / Gas Mark 4 for 12 minutes, turning occasionally. Grill: Brush with cooking oil. Grill for 12 minutes, turning occasionally. Cooking times may vary. Cook throughout to a minimum temperature of 75°C for 30 seconds or apply national standards.
